The Deaf Youth Association Malta (DYAM) was established in 2020 by Joann Spiteri and Melissa Aquilina to create a platform for Deaf youth in Malta. DYAM aims to empower young Deaf individuals, foster connections within the Deaf community, and advocate for inclusivity and equal opportunities.
