Deaf members Emma Ripard Xuereb and Loran Ripard Xuereb, participated in the World Federation Deaf Youth Section – WFDYS Camp 2019 in Paris.
EUDY Junior Camp 2018 in Slovakia
Deaf members Petra and Kristina, participated in the EUDY Junior Camp 2018 in Slovakia. Special thanks also to our board member Loran who joined them as their leader. There were 121 participants from across Europe at the camp, which took place from 21 to 29 July 2018. The theme was “IDENTITY OF THE DEAF”, and the Deaf junior participants learned about their Deaf identity, highlighting their abilities while also boosting their self-esteem. They also learned International Sign and made new Deaf friends from across Europe.
EUDY Children Camp 2017 in Slovakia
Our young members Melissa and Mariah representing Malta in the EUDY – European Union of the Deaf Youth Children Camp 17 in Slovakia. They have joined other young Deaf participants from 22 countries for a week full of activities. Special thanks to our member Emz Ripard Xuereb who joined them as their leader.
